YPG系列不锈钢带水冷压片机由压辊，不锈钢带，破碎辊和行走系统组成，从挤出机挤出的热熔状态的物料被压辊压成1-1.5mm厚的片状，然后片状物料在输送过程中用冷水喷淋到不锈钢带背面，持续将物料冷却到固态，破碎成片状物料落入料斗，注意：冷却水温度应≤14℃

YPG series stainless steel water cooling band

富贵彩 This series cooling belt  is composed of cooling rolls, stainless steel band conveyor, crusher and driving system. The discharged material from extruder is sheeted at thickness of 1-1.5mm by rollers .The sheeted material is transported to the crusher while being continually cooled by water which is sprayed to the underside surface of the stainless steel band. Then crushed chip material falls down to the hopper. Attention: Temperature of cooling water should be ≤14℃
